Breakthroughs have been made in the project of "Research and Development of key technologies and equipment for green production of New microfiber composites"

On March 7, 2023, China National Textile Industry Council held a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of "New microfiber composite Green Production Key technology and equipment Research and Development" project jointly undertaken by Shandong Changnuo New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Qingdao University in Linyi City, Shandong Province.


The appraisal committee believes that the overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level. Combined with the development trend of microfiber materials industry, the project developed a new green production technology of microfiber composite materials, which has the characteristics of green environmental protection in the whole production process and health and safety in the use of products.


This technology is based on the direct spinning type ultrafine microshort fiber as raw material, fiber aggregate reinforcement layer as reinforcement, through the product simulation structure design, and the use of wet mesh technology and thorns reinforcement composite forming technology, the preparation of microfiber composite substrate, combined with the finishing technology to obtain the final product.


From the perspective of the whole chain of key processes, technologies and equipment, the project has conquered the "bottleneck" technology that restricts the transformation and upgrading of China's microfiber material industry and products, formed independent intellectual property rights, and broken the international technical barriers of green high-end microfiber composite material industry.


The project developed the microfiber pulp uniform dispersion technology and the multi-layer one-time forming technology and device of the microfiber mesh based on the copying method, which solved the problems of poor evenness and easy delamination cracking of the fiber mesh.


The high speed oscillating spines traceless technology and device were pioneered to solve the difficult problem of eliminating spines on microfiber composite fabric. The finishing technology based on waterborne polyurethane was developed.


A complete set of green processing technology for microfiber composites has been formed.
